Buffalo STL Packs

The Buffalo is the most radical departure from the Lion’s robust frame. Replacing the legs entirely with a hover platform and he Arms with heavy weapon mounts. This allows the Buffalo to perform in terrain mechs find troublesome. Its high speed is also notable, although it is limited by dense terrain units like the Angel easily overcome. This ability to deliver heavy firepower exactly where and when it’s needed has proven to be invaluable.

Although the Buffalo proved successful initially, Omicron Zodiac Engineers saw more potential for it. Moving the main weapons to a backpack mount and reinstalling arms and legs allowed for a heavily armed and armored weapons platform. It’s speed is much lower than with the Hover Platform but it winds up with 25% more armor than the Lion as well.

Metal Core Collectibles files are all designed from the ground up with Resin-based 3D printing in mind. The Pack includes both Supported and Unsupported files. Although the supported files are the same as I use for producing my physical stock I simply cannot fully account for all the variables involved with different printers, resins, environmental factors and user practices. Some files will require that holes be carefully drilled using a Pin Vice or other small, manual drill, 'Pilot' marks are provided. When applicable parts will have small marks for where magnets can be installed to help with alignment.

Notes The Buffalo will require a 1/8"(~3.175mm) hole to be drilled into the Torso and Pelvis to allow for 1/8"(diameter) x 1/16"(height) cylindrical magnets to be installed so that the Torso may freely rotate. A different sized hole can be used if you plan on using different sized magnets. In addition 1/16" x 1/16" cylindrical magnets can be installed in multiple locations to allow for swapping weapon and other option parts freely as desired.
