Canada Post Strike 2, Electric Boogaloo

Negotiations have broken down between Canada Post and the Worker’s Union yet again and the Union is capable of going on Strike at any point now. I will still be continuing the Anniversary Sale in light of this, given I can’t gauge what the future will hold and I have Games Con Canada coming up next month and will need time to prepare for that as well so further delays of the Sale won’t be productive unfortunately.
That being said, so far the Union has only elected to not work any overtime at the time of this posting. Thai may cause delays but packages will still move. So long as this remains the case this should negatively affect any orders made during the sale. Should things change between now and the start of the sale packages could be negatively impacted. I can’t do anything for orders already with Canada Post but just like last time if a full strike goes into effect I will hold all orders here at the shop until the strike is ended. Although this will delay delivery of the orders just like last time the stock will be ready to go and picked, so ordering is still a means of guaranteeing products.
If a full strike does happen I will be able to offer refunds for anyone who hasn’t had an order shipped if requested, though I will not be able to honor the sale price at a later date.
Obviously this won’t have any effect on STL orders. If any one has any further questions or concerns feel free to reach out!

US Tariffs

The US Government as placed a broad 25% Tariff on Canadian Goods, which does apply to my physical products for US Customers. As I understand things now STL Packs will not be affected. As I understand it some other places have discussed a Duty-Free limit(de minimis) that may exempt smaller orders, but US Customers will bear all responsibility to verifying this fact prior to ordering and will be responsible for any and all charges they receive through US Customs as a result of their Government's Tariffs.
